These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moveza mobile application and website (“Services”) provided by Moveza (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moveza. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using Moveza, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of Services

Moveza is an information and community platform for public transport routes. We are not a taxi operator, driver, or transport company, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or safety of third-party transport services. Use of taxis and routes is at your own risk.

3. Using Moveza

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with operations, or violate applicable laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., reviews, incident reports, posts). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it through the Services. Do not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or use third-party tools (e.g., maps, payment processors, SMS/email providers). We are not responsible for their content, actions, or privacy practices.

7. Payments

If we introduce paid features, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms. Refund and cancellation policies will be made available for any paid services. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.

8. Availability & Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms, with notice provided for significant changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moveza and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moveza, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, and intellectual property survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will first be addressed informally; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the courts of South Africa (unless another jurisdiction is required by law).

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Moveza regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
