- Location: approximate and/or precise location to show nearby routes and stations.
- Personal information: name, email, phone (for account, support, and verification).
- User content: reviews, incident reports, questions, and photos you submit.
- Device & usage data: app version, device model, crash logs, diagnostics, and interaction events.

We use trusted providers under contract who process data on our behalf:

We do not sell your information. We only share it with these processors to provide features you use.
5. Permissions We Request
- Location: to find routes and stations near you (optional).
- Notifications: to send service updates and alerts (optional).
- Camera/Photos: to attach images to incident reports or posts (optional).

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS encryption, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights

9. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us. Data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required for law, fraud prevention, or disputes.
10. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country (including the EU or US). We use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy and post the new date at the top. Significant changes will be notified in-app or by email.
